A full restaurant will pop up for one night in the heart of Christchurch City and the food and wine of the South will speak to your heart.
Nine participating innovative South Island chefs and seven wineries will come together for The South Cook Up to collaborate and showcase the abundance of the South with unique dishes and wines to match.
