The Langham, Sydney has partnered with renowned Australian designer, Leona Edmiston, for a glamourous month of fashion afternoon tea sittings, to celebrate Fashion Week in Sydney this month.
With all events hosted in chic Parisian tea parlour Palm Court, guests are treated to an exclusive experience, inspired by the designer herself. The sitting is complete with the current “it” fabric swatch inspired macarons from Leona’s collection, whilst hostesses swan around in signature dresses from the current collection to a vibrant jazz playlist.
“We are thrilled to partner with Langham Sydney this month; bringing two luxury brands together for a wildy beautiful social occasion” commented designer, Leona Edmiston. “Every girl needs a reason to throw on a fabulous frock and attend a high tea with her girlfriends.”
Leona and her team, who can regularly be seen at the city’s newest fashion hotel, shot the Autumn/Winter campaign inside The Langham, Sydney at the end of last year, with images recently released showcasing a glitzy backdrop for the current look and collection.
“We loved shooting in such a beautiful luxury location where our dresses looked so at home; then it just made sense around that we partner together for something special for stylish Sydney women”.
“Our current collection has something for everyone; it’s sexy, stylish and sophisticated”.
Afternoon Tea with Leona commenced last week at The Langham, Sydney for the remainder of the month. Served on stunning Wedgwood china and elegant tiered stands, Afternoon Tea With Leona includes exclusive sweet and savoury delicacies designed and hand-made by Langham Lead Patissier, Chef Miguel Jocson; a personalised menu signed by Leona Edmiston and an exclusive gift card valued at $20, to spend at any Leona Edmiston store.
