Central Auckland’s downtown venue, The Cloud, will play host to the Silver Fern Farms Premier Awards presentation evening on Wednesday, February 6.
The awards showcase the talent and creativity of New Zealand’s top chefs using the company’s finest cuts of red meat and the event in the Upper Mezzanine of The Cloud on Queens Wharf will celebrate the success of 12 finalists from 72 entrants. The company will announce the winners and the 2016 Premier Master of Fine Cuisine.
