It’s a big year for Selaks this year – the wine company is celebrating its 80th anniversary and its the fifth year of its annual New Zealand Roast Day. Food personality Nici Wickes is again the lead ambassador for the roast promotion.
Nici is a huge fan of the celebration that surrounds ‘a decent roast dinner’ and this year her recipes represent a twist on the traditional roast dinner, using ingredients and techniques to suit busy people and that also pay homage to Selaks’ Croatian heritage and its rich cuisine.
Nici will be joined in the kitchen by three celebrities sharing their favourite roast recipes to add to the inspiration for this year’s Selaks NZ Roast Day – standby!
