Park Hyatt Auckland has been crowned the best hotel in New Zealand, according to Condé Nast Traveller’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards for Australia and New Zealand.
It secured the second spot overall, with The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney taking the top spot, making Park Hyatt Auckland the only New Zealand hotel in the top 10.
Condé Nast Traveller describes Park Hyatt Auckland as “a glass palace beside Waitematā Harbour”, with 195 of the most generously sized guest rooms in Auckland, and “slick interiors by Conran and Partners London, punctured by traditional Māori art”.
