Nourish kitchens open for deliveries

Signature dishes from some of the Nourish Group’s top Auckland restaurants including, Soul, Euro, Jervois Steak House and Andiamo are being made accessible to home diners as the group introduces a new delivery initiative while opening restrictions continue to apply.

Curated and prepared by the group’s executive chef, Gareth Stewart, My Nourish Kitchen food boxes contain recipes from the restaurants; fresh produce, protein and special finishing touches – such as sauces and sides and are delivered weekly, directly to customers’ homes.

“Each dish also comes with a clear step-by-step guide so it is simple for anyone to master and is designed to take no more than 30 minutes from start to finish,” says Stewart.

“With a new menu featuring every week, start by feasting on Andiamo’s chicken parmigiana with mozzarella, Neapolitan tomato sauce and Italian greens one night and Euro’s smoked Taupo lamb shoulder with wild wheat tabbouleh, labneh and pomegranate the next.

“Keep things light with Soul’s green goddess quinoa bowl with furikake, cashew nuts and black garlic beef skewers, before finishing the week off right with Jervois Steak House’s famed Taupo scotch fillet partnered with ‘café de Paris butter’, whipped potato, creamed spinach and red wine jus – because we all deserve a little decadence right now.

“Feed yourself and your significant other for four nights with a two-person box priced at $175, or treat your entire bubble with a four-person box for $340.”
