Global Chefs Challenge Finals

Singapore will host the 2024 Global Chefs Challenge Finals at FHZ-HoReCa, from October 22-24. FHA-HoReCa is a trade event designed for the foodservice and hospitality industries in Asia. It is an evolution of Food & Hotel Asia (FHA), specifically focused on the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors.

The event showcases the latest products, services, and innovations across five major areas: Bakery, Pastry & Gelato, Foodservice & Hospitality Equipment, Hospitality Style, Hospitality Technology, and Specialty Coffee & Tea. This year the show includes the Worldchefs Congress & Expo, and the chef’s challenge. New Zealand Chef Cam Davies will compete at the Finals, assisted by commis chef Quinn Ojala. Harvest Hawke’s Bay Wine & Food Festival

Celebrating its second year this November, the Hawke’s Bay Wine & Food Festival will return to the Tukituki valley at the foot of Te Mata Peak. A mix of well-known and boutique products will be the star ingredients including signature dishes from Black Barn Bistro, Mister Ds, Deliciosa and Cellar 495. Participating wineries include Collaboration Wines, Decibel Wines, Smith & Sheth, Te Awanga Estate and Trinity Hill.
