Catering management company, Cater Plus has announced two new management appointments.
Ian Braund has stepped into the new role of product development manager. Braund has vast international experience with Cirque du Soleil, as the group’s kitchen manager, and more recently, worked with Paul Jobin as head chef at The Riverhead in Auckland.
Sandra Weichert has been appointed operations manager, and comes to Cater Plus via the pressure-cooker prestige of Huka Lodge, Taupo, and the Hyatt hotel chain in Dubai and Berlin.
An experienced chef in her own right, Weichert has vast experience behind the scenes, cultivating team relationships that deliver. Braund and Weichert join founding director and ceo Paul Hodge and general manager Mark Wylie, who was appointed last year.
