Mexicali Fresh has bought their famously fresh and friendly fast-casual California-style Mexican to Hamilton’s Centre Place Mall, open now.
Mexicali Fresh first opened their doors in 2005 and has been growing ever since – having opened a total of sixteen stores and counting. However, this is the first time that their unique and much-loved offering is available inside a food court.
“We wanted to ensure that our new store didn’t compromise our ethos of healthy, fresh and delicious food made in-store each and every day,” says Mexicali Fresh co-founder Conor Kerlin, “All food is cooked, cut and chopped 100% on site daily – keeping all that you love about Mexicali Fresh the same, it’s just even more accessible now.”
With over four years of hospitality experience, new franchisee, Anthony Prinsloo is thrilled to be part of the ever-growing Mexicali Fresh franchisee network. “I’ve lived in New Zealand for 14 years and during this time I’ve been fortunate enough to experience a range of industries – but the one I’m most happy in is hospitality! My family and I are thrilled to be part of the Mexicali family!”
