Ngatarawa Wines has appointed Federal Merchants & Co to be the New Zealand distributor of its premium and prestige brands NGATARAWA ALWYN, PROPRIETORS RESERVE and GLAZEBROOK.
Ngatarawa Managing Director and Chief Winemaker, Alwyn Corban said Ngatarawa chose Federal Merchants as it is highly-regarded in the industry as a distributor that champions quality brands.
“We have established a successful sales platform for grocery, and are looking forward to working with Federal to achieve similar results for our fine wine channels, particularly our premium ranges,” Corban says. “We have some exciting developments in this area and believe Federal will significantly improve the availability of Ngatarawa’s wines in the on-premise, traditional and fine wine channels, thus making it easier for consumers to find and enjoy our premium wines.”
