Thanks to Reso and The Chocolate & Coffee Show, here’s a great opportunity for you to show off your very best chocolate and baking skills and WIN!
Submit your most delicious chocolate and coffee inspired cupcakes or most chocolatey chocolate cake. All creations need to be top-notch in terms of flavour, texture, and deliciousness, as well as showing technique in terms of construction and decorative flare.
The judges and the public want to see your best, most beautiful and most delicious creations.

Basic guidelines for entry :
Cupcakes / Chocolate Cakes must not contain whipped cream filling/topping, fresh fruit or other short shelf-life/perishable components, as they need to stand up to being kept for several days, due to the length of the Chocolate and Coffee Show and judging held prior to the show.
Must have either Sicao, Callebaut or Cacao Barry brands of coverture chocolate from Reso in your creation.
3 x cupcakes or 1 whole chocolate cake must be delivered on Tuesday 19th September for judging. Address to be advised.
Winners will be advised on Thursday 21st September prior to The Chocolate and Coffee Show.
Prizewinners in each category receive:
1st prize – Winner’s display trophy and $500 Reso voucher plus free double pass to The Chocolate and Coffee Show
Runner-up – $250 Reso voucher plus free double pass to The Chocolate and Coffee Show
The winner and runner-up place-getters in each competition will be displayed at The Chocolate and Coffee Show over 23rd and 24th September
Winners will also be announced to more than 18,000 hospitality and grocery industry professionals via Hospitality Business and FMCG Business magazine email databases and print magazines.
