It has just been announced that Lori Wallace, a young bartender from De Fontein in Auckland’s Mission Bay has earned an impressive second place at the finals of the Stella Artois World Draught Masters, which took place in London last week.
Lori battled it out against competitors from 30 countries around the world – showing off her refined talents and demonstrating the prestigious 9-Step Pouring Ritual. The winner was from Belgium – home to Stella Artois.
Lori earned her place at the finals in London in November 2014 – competing against 20 other finalists from all over New Zealand.
