A selection of New Zealand’s finest artisan chocolatiers, coffee roasters and producers will be on display at the 10th Chocolate and Coffee festival.
To be held under the Cloud at Auckland’s waterfront on September 10 & 11 the show will include samples, tastings, demonstrations and special show prices to entice those with a taste for the finer things in life.
Annabelle White and her team of chef friends will show her most memorable recipes, hints, tips and tricks in the kitchen and the VIP Lounge will serve up wine, cheese and treats all day for when you need a respite with benefits.
This year, attendees can expand their knowledge and taste buds with a unique multi-sensory chocolate pairing experience. The educational one-hour session will guide participants through the subtleties and complexities of matching the finest ingredients in the world: chocolate and wine.
Wine expert Angelo Minelli has carefully curated a special selection of high-quality wines to accompany a chocolate pairing journey, creating an unforgettable flavour experience.
