Nestlé Professional adds NEW flavour to NESTLÉ Docello range

Nestlé Professional has added a new deliciously rich and smooth chocolate flavour to its NESTLÉ Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mix range.

The product is made using milk from New Zealand, offering a vital source of protein and calcium, when prepared with full cream milk. Protein is a nutrient that is essential for the preservation of muscle mass and general well-being. The range also has the nutrition calculated per serve on pack which helps with menu dietary content planning.

All NESTLÉ Docello Protein Enriched Dessert Mixes have the added benefit of being gluten free. Made in New Zealand at Nestlé’s world-class Cambria Park facility, every product batch is laboratory tested and found to be clear of gluten. The dessert mixes are made to such a high standard that both Coeliac New Zealand and Coeliac Australia have readily endorsed them.

It is a highly affordable and convenient dessert for foodservice operators. Each 1.9kg tub of the Chocolate Dessert Mix makes 83 serves, at a cost of only 0.41 cents per serve.

Presented in a convenient, easy to store, re-sealable and fully recyclable tub, it’s available to use on demand when needed. Easy to make, simply add full cream milk, garnish and serve.
