With all the talk of moving holidays to February, there’s no rest for the country’s finest cheesemakers. The deadline for entry into the 2017 Champions of Cheese Awards closed on January 27 and judging is now scheduled for March 11 and 12 at Foodbowl, with the winners being announced on Tuesday March 14 at a gala event at the Grand Millennium Hotel.
