Taste of Sydney announced second stellar lineup of chefs

TasteTaste of Sydney has released the much-anticipated second announcement in the line-up of restaurants taking part for 2015.

Newcomers are Pei Modern, Café Paci, and the collaboration between Newtown icon Bloodwood and craft beer gurus Young Henrys, Young Bloods. Coastal legend Jonah’s, Turkish Efendy, and new Bangladeshi street food offering BANG will be serving a smorgasbord of flavours from around the world, whilst rounding out the line-up are The Cut, Saké and Ananas, all members of the acclaimed Urban Xchange.

Former pop-up, turned Sydney phenomenon Café Paci are sure to be one of the highlights of the festival, whilst Young Bloods’ beer and dinner feasts are legendary. Figures show that restaurant spending is up, and it’s no wonder when there are venues like Pei Modern giving diners access to top Chefs like Mark Best. He opened Pei Modern in Melbourne to rave reviews, and then came to Sydney in 2014.

For a real taste of Bangladesh, BANG brings authentic street food in the perfect blend between fine dining and the pavement, bringing bold uncompromising flavours from traditional recipes. This is one of our picks for the event, which we will be attending this Saturday.

Taste of Sydney takes place Thursday 12 – Sunday 15, March in Centennial Park, Sydney.
