Taste of Sydney has confirmed its initial line-up of Sydney’s best restaurants, guaranteeing its place as an essential must do for the foodie’s foodie. Gastronomes can buy tickets now to descend on Centennial Park from Thursday 12 to Sunday 15 March, 2015. There will be over 50 dishes from 12 of Sydney’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants.
Taste has lined up some of the best restaurants in Sydney that prove the hardest to get into – and continually receive praise – releasing ten names this week that have between them a huge 12 Chef Hats.
New in 2015 is the restaurant many have queued to get a table for: MoVida. It might have been in Melbourne first, but Sydney can’t get enough of Chef Frank Camorra’s tapas. Next up is Bentley Restaurant and Bar’s more casual offerings – Monopole and Yellow – and Taste welcomes back regional legend Biota Dining from Bowral. Due to popular demand, Porteño is also returning, and nose to tail advocate Colin Fassnidge and his very-successful restaurants Four in Hand and 4Fourteen also return in 2015.
With Sydneysiders consistent soft spot for Italian cuisine, Taste delivers with the flavours from the South with Popolo and high-end Italian from long-time Sydney institution Otto Ristorante, who was awarded one hat in 2015.
Recently awarded NSW’s Best Exhibition in the Australian Event Awards, Taste of Sydney is absolutely un-missable for food and wine enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys dining out in Sydney’s hottest spots for culinary delights.
